Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days before they are shipped out. 

Shipping Timeframes & Rates
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
* Free Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 12 business days.
* Priority VIP Processing & Protection: Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days.

*Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. While we strive to meet these timeframes, external factors such as courier delays or customs clearance can occasionally impact transit times.*

Lost or Stolen Packages
LuckyPaws™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking courier confirms delivery to the provided address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
